What’s your favorite aspect of community building?

Building a community is a journey, and there’s nothing quite like watching it grow and evolve. But what’s your favorite part of the process?

I love making new friends and building relationships with them. I especially like it with staff members. I knew @AWS before, but we weren't that close, I suppose. Now that he's a moderator here, I enjoy developing a friendship with him. The same goes with members who organically join and establish their membership on the forum.
