When would you consider a member spamming?

Have you ever had a member in your community who's finger happy to post steady and consistently? Such a member can make more than 50 posts/threads daily.

I've seen some forums where most members are not happy with such posting activity by one or two persons as they consider it spamming the forum.

As long as those members are posting high quality contents and are not breaking any rules, do you consider posting in that manner spamming and would you stop them doing so?
