Who do you have create your graphics these days?

For those of you who are not graphic designers, who do you go through to get forum graphics made?

This can be logos, board status icons, rank icons, smilies, etc.

I mostly design my own graphics. I enjoy messing around in Photoshop until I come up with something I like.

I usually pay for logos, or graphics that require an artists touch, because I don't have drawing skills.

Text for me is the way to go. Font awesome replaces status icons and text logo. That's the old school in me when everyone was on 2800 baud modem. Sites with graphics would take too long to load.

I agree, I've learned that simplicity goes a long ways, especially when you're focused and new.
