Writing on other platforms

Do you write blog posts and articles on third-party platforms like Medium or something similar?

I used to write on Squidoo back with Seth Godin was running it. I like that format a lot where you could earn things for writing.

I pretty much stick to my blogs these days. How about you all?

I joined Squidoo and Hubpages at the same time. I started earning on Hubpages but was not earning on Squidoo, so I was not active there. Later Squidoo was acquired by Hubpages. Until 2015, I used to write for a lot of platforms but in 2015 I launched self hosted blogs and stopped writing on other platforms

I never posted enough on either of them to earn anything.

I see Hubpages is still active.

I wonder if they're more beneficial than doing something on Medium?
