I think some forum owners make the mistake of launching with too many forums and not providing enough content in each of them.



It’s better to start small and gradually expand your forum offerings as the community grows.

I've definitely made that mistake plenty of times. It's easy to. I do agree though, start small and go from there.

I made that mistake, and it costed me my biggest forum. It also costed me money that I used to buy out my competition.
