With a rich history spanning nearly 20 years, Off Topicz has been a cornerstone for diverse discussions, connecting people from all walks of life. Now, I'm looking for someone to help rebuild and grow this iconic community.
Why I'm hiring:
As the owner of Off Topicz, I'm deeply invested in the success of the community, but due to other commitments, and time restraints this past year as put on me, I'm unable to dedicate the time and attention the forum deserves right now. I don't want to see this incredible platform stay inactive, so I'm looking for someone who shares my passion for community building and is ready to take the lead in breathing new life into Off Topicz.

What: You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a positive and active environment.
- moderate discussions and uphold forum guidelines
- recruit and manage a team of moderators.
- Collaborate with to plan new events, contests, and other community initiatives.
Who I'm Looking For
- If you're experienced with forums
- Have a passion for communities
- Familiarity with XenForo is a plus.
