XenForo No it does not really suck for SEO

Even when related to threads. I posted a thread related to the Meade 35-4700-00 AutoStar controller LCD replacement and it ranked well in less than 24 hours.. I did add the AutoStar into the thread title after I created it.. so Google may take a bit to update.
But doing some checks in various tools.. that ranks around #2 in Google positioning. Even using TOR it showed around #6... so that's decent SEO for a post that is niche specific.

So, the watchword of the day.. if you want your threads to rank highly.. give them as specific topic names as you can when creating the post.
Now, well all know that our end users will likely not do this.. but for posts you make as the site owner.. that is on you.

This is something I firmly believe in.

Our regular members aren't going to be SEOs and we should never try to force it on them because that will likely run them off.

But you the forum owner should always try to post great content that is search engine friendly as much as possible.
