Yes. The API is built to give everyone a fair chance in rotation. Only when you purchase the premium plan "2x impressions", is when you'll see double the impressions above others.

You can more or less see this reflected in Network - Most have around the same impressions, unless they've had premium at some point, or were joined at a later date. The more forums join, the more impressions this will bring. And who doesn't like free advertising? If you don't like to have the banner ads on your forum but would still like to enjoy the benefits of impressions and advertising, you can purchase our Ad-Free experience plan. Which currently 3 network sites have active.

I like that feature. It's a good way to turn AdminBanner into a freemium service, too. Great idea!

Like you mention in the OP, it has a retro feel to it. I miss the old days of forums before social media came along.

So do I. Hence I’ll do whatever’s in my power to make the best of it. I’m actually working on a toplist software now. Should be released soon.
