    It’s ridiculous, but hosting companies should have phone support. I used to host with Liquidweb in the past and a phone call would be a lot easier than a support ticket email.

    It’s more so aol chatrooms of the early 2000’s. The content being visible is the only thing that makes it like a forum, but it’s a chatroom at its core. It will never be a forum. It’s a remake of aim/msn/skype with new tech.
