    My forum has used up 42.5gb of bandwidth, 531.51 MB /database size and 1.57gb total disc space. It’s growing quite steady every month with the database increasing more.

    Backup Your Forum!

    That’s a great way to do it. I also keep backups on a private drive, my laptop and my phone. That way I always have enough backups incase of an emergency. I also have 3 daily backups in place on my server itself.

    I generally sleep about 7-9 hours a day. If not, more. I also take naps during the day as well. It also depends on how I’m feeling if I take a nap or not.

    I’ve blocked the entire country zone of Russia and china before via Cloudflare(waf’s) settings. I’ve also blocked certain zones from hitting my site & asn’s.

    Yes, I always stay logged in. I don’t log out unless I’m testing things out as a guest. I have three browsers installed on my phone and two installed on my laptop for testing purposes & browsing.

    I tend to try to stay active on forums that I’m not staff on as I do long term post exchanges with some forum owners. I also post on other forums that I really enjoy if I’m not too busy with some of my projects.

    I prefer to pay monthly. I’d rather do that over paying yearly. As if I ever decide to move hosting providers, I won’t lose any money.

    Flyers could work for promoting a forum if you place them in busy areas. I personally haven’t tried it, but I’ve seen them work in the past for other things.
