    Yes, it's a code in the header, but they load more code dynamically and keep constant communication back and forth from Google and your website. How do you think they collect all user's click, movements, behaviors, etc... Now, add that for each visitor on each of your pages???

    Actually, I removed the Search box and added 3 filters: "Unread", "Read" and "All" I think is more useful to list all unread alerts easily :)

    Affiliate links on your forum

    I am using one on one of my pages, I get clicks, but no sales yet. The website is elegantthemes.com I like the fact it's a recurring commission affiliate program. ( I love recurring) and I think one makes around $40 per sale/year.

    Backup Your Forum!

    I have done it manually, and it's due already. I have to set this in auto mode. I like to have an offline copy. No, I haven't had to use a back up before.

    I haven't done this yet, but it's coming :) For now, I am accepting "Sponsoring a Category" which is similar to a sponsored thread. But I would use both methods.

    I have seen those goals in other forums, there must be an addon for that. I just made mine and put it right into the user's drop-down with a template modification.

    Blocking TLDs

    @Cpvr I know, it doesn't work for all niches. But some how it could be managed with features upgrades I guess. Restricting regular access to some areas until user has proven not to be spammer.

    I also added some posting goals to the user's drop-down box. I added for now 5 posts in a day and 30 posts in a month. Do this really encourage users to post to meet those goals?
