    I am using phpbb and it is a decent software. I am not sure about any add ons for phobb for articles or blog. I have never considered adding blog in my forum but I think putting your blog within your main forum can also work.

    Loyalty is a far cry these days, and members come and go. They will be on your forum as long as you give them value. In the days when creators incentives are available everywhere, without that option in your forum, it is practically ghost town.

    I haven’t been running forums very long to be able to experience this, I never have had any people join just to make troubles, but I get a lot of spammers and handling those spammers is certainly a big trouble.
