Motion to intervene is when another party wished to join a lawsuit being conducted.

The extra implications askes for monetary damages and a change to the governance structure or WordPress.org

The filing petitioner is Michael Willman, a WP web developer (CEO of RevDev) and moderator of sub-Reddit "r/WPDrama".

Among the requests made in the legal filing is one that compels Matt Mullenweg to create a WordPress Oversight Board to oversee the governance of the WordPress Foundation, WordPress.org and other related entities.
