Adding to your content calendar?

This question can be for forums and blogs.

Do you use a content calendar? If yes, how often do you add new content and ideas to it?

I try to add a few new ideas each time I complete an idea on my calendar. This allows me to keep it full of new ideas and not run out.

I'll also add new ideas when they come to me so that I don't forget and lose great ideas for my blog or forum.

How about you all?
