I'm going to assume most of you have a career, right?
I have a career in the Casino Surveillance world as an investigator and tech. It's definitely a career for me and something I put a lot of effort into.
Yet - I have multiple forums that I enjoy running and try to keep as active as I can.
I'm assuming you all do this as well.
If so, how do you balance the two? Do you check your forum at work? Are you allowed to? Or do you wait until you're off work?
