When it comes to advertising your blog or forum, what has been the best free sources for doing it?

I'm talking strategies you have used that actually work better than the rest!

The best free sources of advertising for me is reddit, tumblr, bluesky, Twitter. There's been a couple of times where I've shared a topic from my forum and it has been shared multiple times on these social media platforms.

Yeah Reddit was great for when I advertised my forum. Especially if I could comment on a post where it was related (and didn't come off as spam).

That's my biggest struggle...

Trying to promote a forum on Reddit without being a spammer.

How do we word it? I definitely need help is the Reddit promotion game!
