Aside from spam, have you ever banned a person or a comment from your blog?

If you have, what did the person or comment do to get banned?

I have only had two blogs and they weren't so much active if I'm being very honest. Blogger was the first free software from Google I used to create my first Sports blog. I had a few visitors from time to time but none of them did anything that warrant a ban.

I remember using Blogger when it first came out but it was called Blogspot back then.

I also remember using Live Journal.

The last time I checked, they still add that Blogspot in your blog's URL. I've never heard about Live Journal until now. The software is still active and running for people to make use of?

I'm not entirely sure about Live Journal. If still around, it probably isn't what it used to be.

From the information I was able to find, LiveJournal is still active but it's ownership have moved to a Russian media company SUP Media in 2007. Currently, all their servers have also been moved to Russia with all the terms of service updated in accordance with Russian laws.

There's absolutely nothing friendly dealing with Russia. I will never want to do anything with that platform as well

Yeah. I don't trust anything from Russia. I feel sorry for the people of Russia who are probably honest people, but they live in a "pretty much commie" state where their corrupt government is watching everything. So, I have no trust in them at all.

I don't even think how Russia is being run is going to change even when Putin is no longer the it leader. The system have been set up in such a that changing it will be like changing the entire country's structure.

I feel for the poor Russian people who have to live with that for the rest of their lives.
