Clicking your blog ads

I remember a time when bloggers would ask readers to click their ads in order to earn money from them.

Then ad networks started cracking down on this and suspending accounts.

Have you ever done this? If so, was your account suspended, or did you get away with it and quit before it got suspended?

Do you think bloggers are still doing this?
