Do You Think User-Led Discussions Are More Effective Than Staff-Led Discussions?

I think member-led conversations can feel more authentic, however, I also believe member led discussion sometimes lose direction, and can also be low quality. Do you emphasize more on member discussion or ask your staff to post more so that you can maintain quality?

It depends on the discussion or topic. Even if a staff posted a discussion or topic, they can
be ignored, especially if it is not interesting. The same thing goes with member-led discussions or topics.
