What's your policy for dealing with forum member pile-ons?
This usually happens when a new member or a member not really a big part of the established community says something that is a different viewpoint of other members. One member starts in on that member and the rest joins in. Basically, the analogy is "members piling on top of another member" if you understand that.
This sort of thing of course can result in hurt feelings, drama, and negative outcomes.
Have you seen this happen on your forum? How did you or how would you respond to such an event?
