@Shawn Grossman, I think there should be a minimum post count within the contest duration for a person's vote to be considered an eligible vote. I mean someone that votes in this contest should have say 10 posts or 15 posts within the month of the contest for his or her vote to count. We have people just login and vote for their favourite site without any form of activity in the forum. That's some level of responsibility as it helps to keep the forum active. Just my 2 cents though.

It is simple. For this December forum of the month contest, any member that doesn't have up to 15 posts in December would not have their votes counted.

I suppose I would need to make votes public. I don't think that is a good idea. People might get feelings hurt if someone voted for another forum vs. their forum.

If there is a way that the public can't see who voted, then I would be good with that.
