Still looking for more people who are passionate about topics they are interested in and can create posts on their own (Grammarly basic is fine to correct some stuff, but I'd prefer genuine style over over-corrected nonsense that takes emotion out of writing).
I would prefer to hire forum owners so that they can get the resources they need to grow (advising against paid packages offered everywhere). They also should know that writers with posting packages are 90% junk AI-dependent by now, and if not, should reevaluate that hiring process for their own forums (as it's only doing more harm than good in the long run—I've been tirelessly creating an "AI vs. Human" cross-matrix writing tool for forum owners to use to evaluate posts from a portfolio across all forums with content to compare accounts and determine the likelihood that they are like-accounts as well as a "KYC" that ties into it with a live writing test that AI won't be able to beat to weed out these fake
cheats and creating a database of PayPal emails associated with known writers [not against ToS/Privacy Policy to publish as it's 1-party consent]).
Also, I think hiring forum owners will create authentic conversations and not this AI junk because owners are already passionate about a forum's vision and should also be able to create content they are interested in with ease.
I want real people. I want genuine conversation. And I want people who can engage in the topics they create with ease (as it should come naturally if you're into sports to talk all day about sports).
This is my genuine forum writing style and I have Grammarly basic. I don't correct much, and these are the errors I have. I don't care though, because this is how I write on forums, not how I write when I'm writing a business plan or graduate-level-to-thesis writing).
