Hot Tea

Amazon has quite a few choices of tea. I literally just ordered a Bergamot and Blueberry tea yesterday (I think the base is an English tea).

My go to tea is green tea though for its antioxidant and health benefits.
Tbf herbal teas in general have health benefits

I drink this Blueberry coffee sometimes. I like it. Slight hint of blueberry but not overwhelming.

How did the blueberry tea taste @JoelR ? Have you tried any other fruity teas or any flowery teas?
Oh its amazing. I'm someone who has bourgeois taste on a Walmart budget 😆, so I love picking up premium teas on sale.

Harney & Sons Paris Tea, Fruity Black tea with Bergamot, 50 teabags https://a.co/d/iUwpsEA

It's floral and citrus from the bergamot, and it has the fruity overtones of the blueberry. I like that it's a black tea, which gives it a solid and earthy base.

I'm more interested in this one:

As a British person I love tea, so much so I could drink so much per day but I know that is not good for me at all. I tend to drink the basic tea and have in the past drunk fruity-flavoured teas as well.

Ahahaha i was always under the impression it’s Asians who love tea and Brits who love coffee 🤣

Hey gurl, let’s not stereotype any more plz 🙏

I enjoy drinking tea, and my life is incomplete without it. I usually drink between 5 and 6 cups of hot tea per day. I have a strong preference for green tea, matcha green tea, and black tea. I don't use any sweeteners because I want to enjoy the tea's natural flavors and benefits. To save money and have a wider selection, I usually buy tea online rather than in-store. Hehe

I've been drinking around 2-3 cups a night.

I do use a smidge of honey to sweeten it up a little.

Lately, I've been getting into peppermint tea.

Do you put milk in yours?

I love hot tea, I also really like cooked mate, I don't know if you've ever tried it but I feel like you should, if you think about it this is how most Asians live, they love tea and all this kind of stuff

I've been getting Turmeric with Ginger. It's supposed to help with joint problems and digestive issues. I'm really tall so my joints are always giving me problems as I age and I have IBS-C which gives me digestive issues.

Green tea isn't for me but you see black tea, it's the best. I've also had ginseng tea, it's wonderful too. There was a Chinese tea company that brought it for promotion in my location, that's how I started using it.
