Do you add referral link features to your forum at all?

Usually this is in the form of a plugin. Each member gets their own unique referral link that they can send to non-members. People join using the referral link and the referring member gets a referral point.

Is something you offer? If so, do you give anything to those who refer new members?

Do you think a referral program is one of the better ways to grow a forum?

Referral program is very necessary when it comes to running a forum because it helps with getting more members to join through them. If there's any sort of reward for getting active members to join, that's even better.

People are referring their friends, associates, and family to a forum. This will only bring community members closer together.

It's a way to building a bigger and positive community. Do you know why? Referrals come highly recommended because before someone would refer another person to any thing, they know the individual have interest in that, they might be close friends too. It brings the community closer to friends and well wishers.
