What feature have you removed from your forum that instantly improved useability or engagement?

Maybe this is a plugin for a certain feature or theme.

After you removed it, how did it improve the forum? Did anyone complain about it?

I recently removed the tagging feature from my forum due to abuse, however, I didn't receive any complaints when i removed it.
