New Feature Signatures Now Visible

Howdy folks,

I've enabled the ability for guests to be able to view your signatures. This may or may not give you "link juice" and provide a backlink. I hope you all enjoy this new change.

I enabled that on some subscriptions at my forum as an extra perk.
