Staff Meetings

Do you host a weekly or monthly staff meeting at all?

I've seen some forums have staff meetings every week or once a month. They usually do it with Slack or something like that. I've even seen it done using a shout box with permissions that only staff can see the shout box.

Have any of you tried this? If yes, what's your format meaning what are you discussing on your weekly/monthly staff meetings?

I believe that forum owners should have staff meetings maybe once a month or even once per week.

It is an avenue to discuss matters concerning the forum and how to make it better.
