Blogging Collective Merges with Another Admin Forum

The cost involved has gone up, which makes it a business. And once you invest, you cannot be a non-profit. From content to services, you will have to squeeze money wherever you can.

See, for now, my forums are a hobby. So, I'm not monetizing them but I monetize other web properties I have that are easier to make money with like AdSense, blogs, newsletter sponsors, and social media payment programs.

So for the things I do make money with, I can afford my forum hobby

In the future, as the forums grow, I'll likely have a premium member subscription and do donation drives but I want to stay away from paid ads as much as possible.
