Who are you designing your forum or blog for first?

Mobile or Desktop users?

Except for social media and messaging apps, I normally use a computer to access internet. Therefore, when I start a blog or a forum, I keep desktop users on mind. However, I understand the habit of using mobile for internet use is growing rapidly, therefore, I also try to make my blog and forum mobile accessible. I always test my websites on mobile devices.

All of my designs are optimized for mobile users and desktops users. There's no in between. We run tests and screen tests to make sure they're optimized fully and are in compliant for seo.

I take a mobile first approach and prioritize that but I overall I try to make the site responsive to benefit both types of users.
