What is the most amount of money you've spent on server costs?

Would you be willing to spend more than that?

Years ago, I was spending $185 a month on a dedicated server from Liquidweb.

However, I wouldn’t spend that amount now.

What is the most amount of money you've spent on server costs?

For about a year I was spending almost $300 on a server that was capable of doing VPS configuration for what amounted to commercial VPS hosting (and hosting some sites for free while they looked for a long term hosting provider). I decided I didn't want to get into that and kept the server for a while until I got tired of paying for WAY more than I needed at that time (and would need even now).
That was about the time I started getting into astronomy heavy and figured that $250 a month would go towards a lot of nice astro equipment.
