Respectfully, my point of view...So you don’t think that employers should fire employees based on evidence. of involvement in riots?
Employers should only fire employees when employees don't fulfill the employment requirements or the employee do something illegal. If in the employment contract says not to participate in riots, then it's ok since the employee agree with that. Other wise no, employers should not fire employees for their business outside the Employer's control. Let the police do it's work. Employers are not law enforcement.
