What kind of forum admin are you?

So you don’t think that employers should fire employees based on evidence. of involvement in riots?
Respectfully, my point of view...
Employers should only fire employees when employees don't fulfill the employment requirements or the employee do something illegal. If in the employment contract says not to participate in riots, then it's ok since the employee agree with that. Other wise no, employers should not fire employees for their business outside the Employer's control. Let the police do it's work. Employers are not law enforcement.

Well, participating in violent riots is illegal. And so are sexual offences. I believe you have contradicted yourself, my friend?

This is a silly conversation, if I'm honest. There are too many variables to be considered when you're talking about a hypothetical situation. If we're being specific here - because this is not about employers and employees but forum admins and forum members. No, someone should not be banned from a forum because they were involved in a riot.

I failed to express myself in the previous post, but this is what I meant to say. (One day I will be able to express better :), -- I hope.. :) )
